Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

• The Extension Effect is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

• If a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist when possible.

Address Accuracy

• Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

• If an incorrect address is entered and you notice before your order ships, please contact us immediately.

• Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not guaranteed to be replaced or refunde

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements are only issued if the product arrives damaged or defective.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photo proof.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
