At TheAriannEffext, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders have a standard processing time of 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing includes order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging. For customers who need their hair sooner, we also offer Next Business Day Shipping on select items. Orders placed with this option must be submitted before [3PM EST] to qualify for next business day shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. The AriannEffext is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, customs, or natural events. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Extensions Effext is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been scanned and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Theariann Effext is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
